She has hosted two seminars, sat on a panel for domestic abuse, joined colleagues on social platforms to discuss mental health issues, and currently is member of a Trauma Informed Cohort. She has volunteered in the community to help others and ideally would like to increase her work with others in the community to promote change, give support, and encourage good emotional health practices.
